Any 2015/16 American Coach Eagle owners out there?

I am interested in a 2016 Eagle but I have been told you can not raise the rear end of the RV. Is that true? While I know you have a raise all four corners button on the leveling system I have been told it only raises the front. I currently have a Spartan chassis and raise the rear of the coach to get it down the hill to my garage. If the Freightliner doesn't do the same, that is problematic.

We have a '14 Eagle. The Valid leveling system lets you raise or lower what ever you want (all four wheels or two or one). I just had my front wheels balanced and I raised the two front wheels to make it easier for the techs.

Is it on a Freightliner chassis? Long story but we had one and rear would not raise.

Yes. AC recently went from Spartan to Freightliner for the Eagles. However I think Spartan uses the same leveling system, Valid.

Not sur about other brands but on Entegra Cornerstones, Spartan uses Hadley air levelling, not Valid.

Bert, I can vouch for Jafundy on her old coach. I've had it to the factory service center in Coburg and they said the Freightliner with the DD500 will not raise in the rear. If you know of a way to raise the rear I'd sure like to know how. It's the one thing I'm not happy with on this coach.

I haven't tried to raise the rear wheels, but that's an option on the Valid pad.

MRUSA14...our previous American Coach was on a Spartan and had a Power Gear leveling system.
