Yes, do recall seeing a Caramel Kiss Bounder in one of the service bays, maybe yours?
They worked about 18 nit-noy items under my warranty that expired in Dec, 2016, however, REV is great allowing owners to phone in punch list items before the warranty expires.
My entry door was howling at interstate speeds, corner of the windshield leaked and the A/C with heat pump leaked one morning while I was there. About 3 inches of the gasket under the A/C was missing so they pulled the unit off and put on new gasket. While checking for leaks in the rain bay, discovered three of the tinted windows also leaked so they pulled them and resealed them.
I don't have the LX version, however, I had the power cord reel installed and left a happy camper.
Hope work on your coach is as good as I'm sure it will be. They have good folks in Decatur.
