American Coach: Auto Gen Start 98-99 AE

I would like to install a auto gen start on my 98 American Eagle; but would like to know if anyone has installed one. There are many types and styles to choose from. The reason is that three time the land power faulted (losing one leg of power) and the surge protector cut off the power and the batteries drained down to the shut off level during the night. All the systems worked as they should, but then I had to fix the problem which is fairly easy. The problem is we have our pet alone and it gets too hot DW would string me up if anything happened. Just trying to be proactive. Thanks for the responses and suggestions in advance.
