AUX main battery disconnect switch

My friend just bought a 2000 34D Bounder. The two switches over the door don't seem to work. They are labeled AUX and MAIN. I believe they are they house and chassis battery disconnects. Neither switch does any thing. No change in power and no sound (relay clicking). Anybody run into this before? Anybody got a solution?

Each of those switches operates a big relay (solenoid) that does the actual disconnect of the battery power. The relay requires power to operate and is normally powered direct from the battery with its own inline fuse - that may have blown.

It's possible both relays are bad, that that seems too much coincidence to have both fail at once.

And I suppose I should add that the batteries have to be ok to operate the disconnect relays. You can't disconnect a dead battery via the switches.

Fuse # 19

Your friend will find the fuse box (actually the BCC) somewhere near the batteries. Just follow the large cables.
