We have a 2007 Pace Arrow 38P. In the cabniet above the driver there is a bare #10 wire which is not connected to anything. I havent checked it for any voltage yet. Does anyone know what this is for? I tried tracing it into the cabinet but unable to do so. Also, should there be a CB antenna cable somewhere under the dash?

Check it for voltage, try AC first, then DC. My guess is that it is 12 VDC. Would be for a CB or any other 12 VDC device that you might want to install.
Surprised there is no ground wire as well. Any communication device will require a good ground.
In any case, cap this thing off with a wire nut.

If you have a crank up satellite dish, it might be for the "Digital Magic" unit that shows the elevations for the dish.

Sounds like a chassis ground for a piece of equipment by your description. Use an Ohm meter and check for continuity to frame ground as well.

Check for a voltage between the wire and ground before using the ohm meter to check if it it a ground.
Failure to check for a voltage first will pop the fuse in the ohm meter at minimum. At worst you will let the smoke out and the voltmeter will be dead.
