Basement door thumb latch-Replacement options?

Hello. I'm looking for a source of supply or a replacement option for the cargo/basement door thumb latches. As it stands, I have roughly seven different keys to get into all the doors....I'd like to renew them and key them all the same. Here's what I'm looking for.
Thanks

Have you talked to a lock smith about having the locks re-keyed so they are all the same? A lock smith would also be your best bet for getting replacements that are keyed alike if he is unable to re-key them.
