Battery Control Center - NO power bottom positions

I was going to start the RV today (after starting it several times this morning)

Nothing

Noticed step was out -- and would not go in -- traced that to no power at BCC --- pulled fuse good ----but nothing on power side of fuse.

ALL NINE lower fuse positions have NO POWER -- Upper ones have power.

Anyone know how this is fed and is there a larger fuse upstream?

Any idea why only the lower half of the BCC would not have 12V?

FYI _- Coach is a 2000 Fleetwood American Eagle, BCC is on driver rear near batteries.

THX Dale

In the BCC on my Bounder there were two resettable 12 volt breakers. Here's a diagram of my BCC. The beakers are in the lower left. Try pressing the buttons to reset them.

I have already left an email with Intellitec.
I plan to call Fleetwood Monday.
Visone has a used one that might work.

We will see --

My vacation is now in jeopardy unless this is solved in the next few days

thx -- Dale

Well the saga continues

I pulled the board from the BCC looking for some fuse or to see what powers the bottom half of the board. Behind the board I find two large relays -- one seems to power the top half -- and shows power going into and out of the relay
the lower relay shows power in -- but nothing out --
the wires powering the relay on the coil side seem to have power -- so perhaps the relay has failed --

that relay is also by Intelletic -- 01-0055-002 BCC Relay

I will pull the relay where I can work on it in the shop and verify it is working or not

as I said the saga continues -- it would be great to have some schematics -- but oh well -- just trace wires / look / and test.

thx Dale

Have you called American Coach customer service ? They may have your schematic. It's worth a shot if you haven't. 800-435-7345.
On edit, I see that you plan to call them on Monday. Good luck.

I pulled the board and there are two relays behind it --
One for the upper section and another for the lower

They are each labeled BCC RELAY --
(Intelletic 00-00055-01)

The upper relay was putting out 12V
Nothing out of the lower.
It had 12V in -- and seemed to be powered on the coil side.

I used a separate 12V source and tried the relay several times -- it now eneregized and produced 12V out --

Connected board and now get 12V out on lower nine fuses

I am not sure if it was a connection or a defective relay.
I found the relay on ebay and just ordered it

for now the problem is solved, and the vacation no longer in jeopardy
great ---- Dale
