Battery switch

In our 2006 Bounder 38N on the electric display that shows charging, amps, and various status there is two rocker switches near the top labeled main & aux batteries. The aux is on but the main is in the off position. This is our first time dry camping with this RV and I want to make sure everything is correct. Should this main battery switch be on or off? Thanks

Simple check is to try the interior lights. If they work, turn off the switch marked AUX. If that shuts off the lights, then it's the house batteries.
The switch marked MAIN would then be the chassis battery. If off, the engine should not start.
Hope that helps. Maybe someone with a similar rig will chime in.
Happy Glamping.
