Big Round Light

Hello all, I'm the new owner of a 2003 36D gas Bounder. Still learning everything about this MH. It's my first class A. There is a round large external light on the driver's side about 3/4 of the length down and about 8 inches below the roof. I can't figure out how to turn it on. The previous owner also could never figure out how to turn it on. He has checked the bulb and it works. The manual doesn't mention it. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Best,
Pat

That's your utility light. Look for a switch that looks like what I'm picturing below on your dash, above your radio & dash air controls. It will also turn on your engine compartment light.

Ok, well either the bulb is dead or the circuit bad. I tried that switch and it works for the engine compartment but not the utility light.

Appreciate the help.

Best,
Pat

After trying the switch several times, the utility light now comes on. Thanks for the help.

Those switches are made by Carlisle. I have found online a couple of them I needed and replaced.. Then I found I could take the switch apart and clean the contacts and they work perfect again..
