I have a 2008 Bounder Model 38P that I can not find the vacu pump motor or the grinder motor. The toilet will not flush it has a lighted notification panle that has the red light to not flush but the water will come in but want go out. Talked to Fleetwood and they just tell me it is around the holding tanks but I can not find any panels that lead to the pump can get to the back of holding tanks. Please let me know if anyone has ran across this model and found pump. Thanks for any help.

First...

On ours, the red light indicates that the black water holding tank is full. The toilet will not flush if this is the case. It could actually be full, or the sensor is telling the control panel its full.

Do you have a macerator system?

Is that the grinder pump motor and switch you're looking for?

Have you tried holding both buttons to drain toilet ? I'm not sure but I thought it was in the box behind the toilet thats what it sounds like to me. And like previous post it will not flush when take is full. Just info do not flush things with strings attached I was in a CW and a customer was getting his toilet motor undone.

Yes it has a macerator and a vacu pump the panel on the wall is just a indicator light no buttons. The tank is empty and I would love to see if it was clogged but I can't find the equipment it is not under toliet or in any compartment I can find. I have looked every where except under the floor. I talked to Fleetwood and all they could tell me it is around the holding tanks. But I can only get to one end of tanks away from the toliet. Thanks for any help in locating.

The panel is just a indicator lights to flush or not to flush. Green means flush Red means no flush.
