We have a 2017 35K bounder. We had issues with out water pump and finally had it fixed in November. When we got settled again in AZ and hooked up to city water, we were thrilled that it was working properly. Now we're seeing a leak under the washer/dryer combo even though we have never used it. It is coming down that back wall and into the drawers. Not a lot, but enough that it will make the clothes damp. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, is it just a leak in the lines going to the combo or do you think it is something else? When we switched back to the on board water, it has stopped leaking? Thanks so much for your help!

What about the water pressure on the external water line

We have a pressure gauge on it and it stays around 45.

I know. The only thing I can think of is a leak in the lines leading to the washer/dryer. We've taken it off city water and are using the tank instead. We haven't had the leak since. But I'm watching it closely. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

On our 2016 35K we don't have the washer/dryer; however, the plumbing is still back there.

One of the PEX joints was leaking after connecting to a campground water supply without the pressure regulator (at an Escapees park no less). The leak was about a drop every couple of seconds.

I found it by pulling the drawers out from under where the washer/dryer would be located and saw water dripping.

It was an easy fix. Just had to pull the back wall of the enclosure (our closet) out to access the tubing. Then I the old tubing off and put a new PEX ring around the fitting.
