Bounder 36h opinions needed

One of few still left that checks most of the boxes DW and I set up in our search. So are there any problems I should be looking for?
One of my concerns would be,"Is it underpowered?" I meant there are a lot of 29-31 ft Class A's using the same motor yet this is 37 ft, 7 inches.

Have a 40' Newmar Canyon Star with a V10. No problems with power. Coach weighs in around 23K.

You will probably be OK, if your not towing a large trailer.

Hopefully some of Bounder owners will weigh in.
