I have a 2015 35k and the dents in the tile seem to come from only three of the rollers. When I checked the other rollers it appears that the front and rear roller are actually sitting a quarter of an inch off the floor. Does anyone know of a possible adjustment that can be made?

Had my whole floor replaced (at factory in Decatur) due to a wave issue, also the tile was all beat up during production (why did I buy this thing like that??) - anyway, the tile is beautiful, the wave is still there. They had to move the slide out and really screwed it up putting it back in! Good grief!! Anywho.... They also gave me a set of thin roller floor protectors and they work well to protect the new floor.

Leaning towards Tiffin

After owning a 2015 Bounder 35k I am looking at getting a tiffin 34PA. I know the same floor problems are happening in Tiffins but they drive better (sumo suspension) the factory stands behind their coaches better then Fleetwood , and now bounders and allegros are priced the same!

I am disappointed in the quality issues with the coaches coming out of the factory. However, I can't complain about Fleetwood's customer commitment - they have taken care of me well outside the warranty period. All repair service is 'no fun' but FW reimbursed me for things they didn't have to.
We all have our experiences w/ different coaches and we did look closely at the Tiffin 36LA which is most like the 35K. We thought the quality and price point was far better w/ the Bounder.....just sayin.
