Bounder ? low point drains

Was wondering how you drain your low point drain valves that are located in the water service area? It seems like when you open the valve the water will flow right into the compartment??

It does on ours, but the compartment floor has holes for the black/grey tanks to drain. Doesn't yours?

You can't see ours very well, but I drew arrows to where the floor holes are. We actually have 2....there's one on the left side as well.

That's why they call it a "wet bay", just open the valves and let drain out the bottom of the bay.

Tubing

I bought some tubing from Home Depot and attach it to the low drain outlets when winterizing. Works like a champ.

My Storm low point drains are not in the "Wet Bay" but the drain lines go through the compartment floor with grommets around them and hang about three inches below the floor.
Perhaps this could be done to your's if your's just drain onto the "Wet Bay" floor.
