Bounder Outside TV audio

I can't get the audio to come out of the pair of BOSS speakers from our 2017 Bounder 33C outside TV.

I can get audio from the TV's internal speakers by going into the TV's Settings and choosing "TV Speakers". I don't get any audio if I choose "Audio System".

I've got the BOSS receiver's Source set to AUX In. When I set the Source to "Radio", the sound comes out of the BOSS speakers like it should.

The outside TV is on my HDMI 2.

I tried Settings and Options on the Sony TV's remote and can't figure out how to get the TV audio to come out of the BOSS speakers. Any help?

Thanks,
David

You have to go into the sub menu settings on the TV. Sorry I can't remember which menu thou. My coach did the same thing and that was the fix at the dealer. Pay very close attention to the outside caulking of the entertainment center, if there is any leakage in that compartment it will go to the shelf above and then run down on the radio. My coach went thru 4 of the Boss radios until we finally got all the leaks located and corrected.

May want to make sure the audio connectors are installed correctly in the back of the TV and the radio. You can kind of get to the (with long arms) cables from behind the kitchen drawers (remove the bottom one or 2). Mine were not connected correctly.
On another note my my outdoor Sony TV recently failed. I just replaced it. Ended up being much easier than I thought.

If I'm parked next to you, I'm probably glad there is no sound coming out of those speakers:

Yes, I figured it was probably in one of the setup menus, but seems like I've changed everyone that has anything to do with audio and/or speakers, but no luck yet.

I'll try again, but if you remember which menu, please let me know.

Thanks,
David

Yes, I'm going to see if I can reach the cables that go between the TV and the BOSS radio/receiver through the kitchen cabinets. It's logical that a cable may have either come loose or became defective. I figure that the signal uses an HDMI cable to the back of the TV, and then either another HDMI, or a stereo cable runs from the TV to the BOSS receiver.

Thanks,
David

I'm thinking about adding a couple of 500 watt powered speakers to the side of the Bounder so everyone can enjoy my TV. (I like to share) Where are you located exactly??

David

I have a 2018 Discovery and my outside radio has to be set to TV not AUX in order for the TV sound to run through the radio speakers.

Is your radio a Boss? I only saw Radio and Aux In when I push the radio’s Source button.

Thanks
