At 15,000 miles and again just recently at 30,000 miles my 2004 Pace Arrow has developed an engine miss. Both times the miss was caused by a burned plug wire and Workhorse covered the repair under warranty each time. This last time I spoke to Workhorse Customer Service and the representative said she thought Fleetwood had developed something to improve air flow across the top of the engine. Since I'll be out of Workhorse warranty later this year, I'd like to get this problem solved so it doesn't keep happening. Assuming others have had this same problem, I have a couple of questions:
- what have you done to fix it permanently?
- has Fleetwood provided something to improve air flow over the engine?

Hello Tallguy, I have had the problem 4 times in 15,000 miles. Work Horse provided me with a cold air intake kit to try to eliminate this problem, so far it's worked. Go to the Work Horse web site and look at some of there optional upgrades, you will see the kit. They did supply and install it for me under warrenty. Be nice, but press the issue. Good Luck.

I'm having the airflow kit put on mine at a show in a couple weeks. I also got the high performance plug wires put on, they have a bunch of shielding around them.
