Buying a 2011 Bounder 33U next week, tips?

Well I just put down a deposit of $3000 to purchase a used Fleetwood Bounder. I am pretty much a noobie and this will be my 2nd RV. 1st one was a 36 ft Thor Fun Mover toyhauler.
I took a serious walk through of the unit and everything seemed to in great shape. I was concerned with the generators 500 hrs but im not sure if that's too much or not. The coach has 23k miles on it. The only sign of use was a small scratch on the fridge door and a little hole in the couch. It was in great shape and had a huge bag with all the books and paperwork from the previous owners. The interior looks great and everything I tested seemed to work.
The only thing that had me curious and the salesman didnt really know what it was either but it seemed like the generator had a box in the bedroom and some sort of remote thing that was kept up by the front door. The remote was made by Onan and Im assuming it controls the generator but I wasn't sure what the purpose of it was. Maybe a timer of some sort too.
Because I was a friend of the sales mans son he said that he was going to bat for me. They dropped the price down to $74,900 from $85,000 and I was wondering if that price he came with would allow me room to negotiate from there or could that be his true bottom dollar? I know these dealers have big margins but based on my research that seemed like a great price for this coach but again Im pretty new to this.
