Can Anyone Identify This Device on 02 Pace Arrow

Hi all....I am sure someone can tell me what this thing is for on my 02 Pace 35R??
It is located in storage area above driver. Appears to be hardwired and is some sort of reset device. A pic is attached.

Elevation degree read out for the satellite dish ?
There's another post on this item , I'll track it down.

As mentioned it is the elevation read out for a manual crank up satellite dish, it may or may not contain a 9V battery depending on how it was wired.

That explanation seems to answer my question. It does have a roof mounted dish which we do not use. Thanks for solving the mystery.
