We have a 08 Southwind 32V, which was purchased in aug. of last year. Three days ago I noticed that the exterior wall had cracked at the bottom of the right wall at the bedroom slide opening. It is a hair line crack which has gone though the paint and into the sidding enough that I can see the foam board. Crack is appox. 3" long but has not reached the bottom of the panel which is only 4" wide at that point. It appears to be cracking from outside in. This area is subject to slide's
opening and closing pressures.

Has anyone had any problems of this nature and if so, how where the problem's repaired??

I had a new 1999 Pace Arrow that did the samething at the same place. It was under warranty and Fleetwood replaced the complete side. They did it in California and I watched some of the work. They remove everything off the inside walls, remove the front and rear cap and take the top off. After they where done, everything was great and worked.

Wooffeer - I have the same model and same problem. I am going back to my dealer to get the problem fixed along with some others we had when we first picked it up.
