Hi everyone

Been a member for a while, but this is my first post.

My power steering reservoir broke on my 01 Bounder Diesel and I was shocked to find out that a replacement plastic one is $253.00.
I just couldn't get myself to pay for a plastic reservoir that is going to get beaten up by the sun anyway so I decided to make my own one out of aluminum and wanted to share. Here are some picture of the old and new one.

Haven't worked out the cost as I did most of the work except for the anodizing, but I doubt it cost me more than $150.

Having had to replace my radiator expansion tank due to craking caused by UV light I decided to remedy the problem with simple UV shields for both the power steering and expansion tanks. Here's a few pics of the fix.
