Dash Air/heater problem

Recently purchased a used Fleetwood Expedition is South Carolina. Drove it back to the Pacific Northwest without A/C working. Not fun in July with temps in the 95-105 range. It blew air but the same temp as outside. Can't find anyone locally to work on it so I thought I'd wait until we go to Arizona in December. They have more experience with A/C anyway. The other day I tried to use the heater. Same issue-no heat but it blows just fine, also the temp of the outside air. I sure don't want to drive over the Siskiyous in December without heat. Any thoughts as to cause? Thanks!

Check the heater hoses for a manual shut off valve or two .
Many owners install them to make sure there is no heat in the dash while the A/C is operating.

BTW: I just replaced the compressor and the condenser electric fan on my F/L chassis and F/L had installed shut off taps in the heater hoses beside the transmission , so if the heater hoses aren't flowing from the engine , you have to look everywhere.

EDIT : If you could add some more info on your ; new to you coach ; year , engine , chassis , you may get more help.
Your profile still says Monaco.

Thanks! Just updated my profile as you suggested. I'll check for shutoff valves on the heater hoses.

Your HVAC is manufactured by Denso. No vacuum controls no water flow valve. Electric servo motors for all doors. Air blend door for temp settings.
Click on downloads in link for wiring and other info.

Thanks, Richard. I'm going through the troubleshooting guide now. Haven't found a Denso Certified Technician in the Seattle area, but I'll keep looking. Thanks, again!
