If everything is not 100% perfect, No matter how badly you want to take the coach back with you, DON'T DO IT. Look around for ANYTHING you might have missed as a defect. Stay overnight or longer, if you have to make sure what looks good in the shop is still good when in the parking lot/campground. Remember, they WANT you to be 100% satisfied. Don't feel badly about pointing out deficiencies. You won't have to be angry about it either.

Thanks for the advice and warning I plan to have an extensive "prove you fixed it call" tomorrow then an in person inspection Wednesday. I'll keep your thoughts in mind.

Well we went back to the Service Center to pick up out unit on Friday, October 31st. They had to correct a few items that I was not happy with the repairs they did but other than that everything was good. People that work at the center seem very concerned with making sure you are happy. Met a lot of nice people that had their rigs in for repair also.

Wow! sounds like they handled things efficiently! Im looking forward to getting mine down there and having it finished off. Renews my confidence in Fleetwood. I shouldn't say that, I have been VERY happy with their product and their response to my problems so far, it has been the dealer that has been lacking.

Yes it went very well. I'll confirm when I pick it up tomorrow but I was there for a couple days and I know they fixed several things then.

I did ask about the Bounder headlight problem. I told them I was asking for others....my unit isn't that bad. As I said in the headlight posting FW (Steve Heim) said they were working on it with Ford but they believe they have adequate design on the FW side.

BTW there are no plant tours till January. There were a few other topics best left to verbal discussion.

Yes, I am very happy so far.
