Am considering the purchase of a 1999 Discovery 36T, Have not had a chance to actually look at it yet but was wondering if anyone can tell me what type suspension that unit has. Owner says it is air assisted suspension but didn't know exactly what that meant and neither do I. Is it air bag with springs or strictly air bag and do you dump the bags when parking? Also, does anyone have any idea what this unit should be worth considering it is really good condition with new tires, 300 hp Cummins w/6sp Allison and 50K miles?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks - Harv

It has full air bags in the back and leaf springs and air bags in the front.
You dump air bags before you level it out. 1999 had 275 hp. I would say about 40k if it has a quit diesel generator, if not less
