Dog House cover removal

Ok, fellow expert RVers, I need advise on removing the doghouse cover on a 2014 bounder with the ford V10. I have not looked yet, so I'm trying to avoid making something simply more difficult. How is it secured and by what, screw or latches?? Location of screws or latches?? Thanks in advance, happy travels..

I noticed no one has tackled your question yet. If you use the search box at the top of the page, (powered by Google) you'll get these results if you search for "Bounder doghouse removal"

Most suggest there are screws hidden in the carpet, but details vary by year, it seems.

Our 2014 has the center cover held down by 3 philips srcews. Two at the top corners and one in the lower center. Have to dig around in the carpet to find them. If you can't find them look up under the wheel well and you can see the bottom of the screws. I think most models are the same type thing. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I did manage to find 3 embedded deep in the carpet. Base on info I found there has to be 2 more, but I'm tired of my fingers getting ripped by staples, dealer will figure it out
