Drawing Fresh Water Tank - 2002 Terra/Fiesta

Hello need some help here. Taking our new to me RV out for the first time this weekend. I want to drain the fresh water holding tank but I cannot find the drain valve supposedly located somewhere inside the RV (I found such a ref in an on line forum but it was unspecific). Anybody got any ideas? It's a 2002 Fleetwood Terra identical to the Fiesta from what I understand and help is appreciated thank you.

Look in the wet bay compartment or another compartment that might have a water line going down through the floor of the compartment. Get eyes on the water tank and visually follow each hose from the tank. The drain valve could be near the water pump. You could also look underneath the RV for a rubber 'duckbill' hanging down. Above that would be the drain valve.

According to the 'Owners Manual' the fresh water tank drain VALVE is right on the end of tank

Well after crawling around under this beast I went back to the beginning to retrace some steps. The MANUAL is a POS wrong in every way in regards to valve location. It is under the bed next to the pump.
