Electrical issues - 06 Pace Arrow 37C

We're at an RV park having arrived last night. Discovered a problem: The elec. outlets in kitchen, next to glass display cabinet, and in bathroom don't work. No power to microwave, and our new Norcold refridge only works with LP, not AC. We are hooked into 50 amp power. All interior lights do work though. Slideouts also work fine as do the entry steps.
Also, levers won't go down although all 4 green lights on dash blink, which is supposed to indicate the levers are extending.
Hubby says while driving on freeway to the RV park, he hit a low spot in road that was filled with water. Says that immediately, for a microsecond, all the dash lights went out, including speedometer, and then all dash lights came back on.
He's already checked the electrical switches, flipping each off and on again.
Next step is to check fuses - finally just now located the fuse box under bathroom sink (thought it was supposed to be under the bed per Fleetwood manual but couldn't find it there).
Any suggestions on what may have caused these electrical and leveler issues?
This is only our second outing in our "new to us" RV, BTW. Any help appreciated - ASAP!
Thanks,
Susan and Jim

You need to find your 110volt breaker panel and check for tripped breakers there.
Also, fire up your generator and check the failing circuits to eliminate a power issue at the campsite power post.

110 panel should be in Bathroom Vanity

The steps lights and such run off 12v so as long as Batterys are charged all that will work. Check all GFI plugs and make sure they are not tripped ... if on eis tripped it could kill everything wired through it.

Now levelers will flash red when they are extending and retracting green Flashing means they are ready to extend you need to hit EXT and ALL buttons at the same time and jacks will extend until they all have pressure on them .Once Jacks are Down you still need to hit EXT button while pressing which jacks you want to extend to level after that you should just be able to hit the button on the jacks you want to move

One other thing to try to see if its a power pole problem would be unplug from shore and Start Generator to see if these plugs have power

Thanks for info. Everything is fixed now. Power plug wasn't plugged in correctly. Everything in working order now, including levelers, which just needed to be retracted all the way before they would extend again as they should.
Life is good (again)!

Warm regards and happy trails,
Jim and Susan
