Question Expedition 38U LR slideout problem

The RV has not been used in a year and a half and now the slideout won't come in properly. It is supposed to start an upward movement to clear the carpet and then come in level but now we have linoleum instead of carpet and the slideout starts coming straight in and catching the linoleum. Is there a way to adjust the slideout to lift up as it starts coming in?

Maybe someone installed new flooring to far out and slide doesn’t have a chance to come up before it grabs.

We just found two roller bearings that came out on ours, causing the slide to come in with up and down motion. It’s going to the doctor after the first of the year.

I had to trim the new flooring so the slide would lift up as it came in.
