Flair 33R Curb Weight Discrepancies & Issues

Good morning everyone,
We love the Flair 33R floor plan. The Fleetwood brochures list the curb weight on the '03 at 15,180 and the '07 as 16,950, yet both list their GVWR the same at 20,700. That is a 1,770 difference in available CCC. Anybody know what causes that difference? Are their brochure figures reliable?
Also, we would like to hear of ownership experiences with the 33R. Ford vs Work Horse? Slide issues? Etc?
Thanks,
Sam

The brochure says that those weights are not factored into the base weight. I've compared both brochures and can't see where the difference is. Here's a photo of each .

Clifftall, I can't expand your photos clear enough to read. I think they are the same I have pulled up on the web. Do they agree with my weight figures?
I am adding in full fuel and water onto the curb weight to compute my rough figure CCC, but if your figures and mine agree to a 1,770 empty weight difference, why would anybody have bought a new one in 2004 when they changed body styles? Besides, who wants to carry around an extra ton everywhere they go?
Thanks for looking into this, and I appreciate your troubles.
Have a great 2015 !!

That 1000 lbs is insignificant for that chassis. You still have 4000 CCC. I had a 35 Bounder and traveled at 21,500. My mileage was no different than the average that's been reported on this forum.
