Fleetwood/American Coach Reps
I work for a large dealership and we have a month long expo/show. Each week different reps come in for each product we carry. This weeks reps are from Fleetwood/American Coach. If anyone has any questions they would like me to ask, just let me know and I will be glad to ask.

When is QC going to take responsibility & start catching & taking care of all the mistakes BEFORE the RV leaves the factory & an owner takes possession? It shouldn't be up to us to discover them & then have our coaches spend weeks/months at a dealer/factory getting stuff fixed that were screwed up/missed by the factory build.
When are they going to give us more light full-body paint options? Black/dark colors are too hard to keep clean & absorb heat making it harder to keep the interior cool when it's hot out/we're parked in sun.
When are they going to start putting TV's in lifts like Newmar does? Not all of us like to look at a big black box when it's not in use & we don't like a TV that disappears behind a closed slide.
I'm sure I'll think of more, but that's it for now.
Not to be all negative, so thank them for the FMA rallies. FW treats their customers well at these. I always look forward to attending them.

Brian--is that the Southaven RV Supercenter on I-55? We stayed overnight at the EZ Daze RV park near that dealership last year.
I want to know when they will dump (pun intended) the VacuFlush system and go back to gravity.

Sarah,
That's the one. Don't know when you came through but we have doubled in size since last summer.

I'm with Lori on the quality control issues. Ours made multiple trips back to Decatur. The service department treated us very well but that's not where I look to be spending "quality time" with our new RV.
I'm also with Lori on the floor plan updates needed. Our next coach will have something similar to a Newmar floor plan we saw in Tampa - a couple of very comfortable lazyboy style chairs looking directly across at a large TV, on a lift, on the opposite side of the living room (directly in front of me).
We love the colors of our rig and get many compliments. I see other A/C rigs of similar vintage and older with a similar color pallet. Since we bought ours they seem to be trending toward the darker colors. We will not be ordering a dark colored coach when the time comes. The same goes for the interior wood colors.
While we're on the subject of wood - the amount of it is overwhelming. I think a simple thing like eliminating the 6" wood "frame" around the slide out perimeter would go a long way toward relieving the "wood shop overload".

Let me check, I know we carry the Dutch Star and London Aire. Newmar rep was here last week.

Ok, we don't stock MADP, but do order them for customers. Was told the reason is that LA is proving to be more popular and in demand.
Also was told that the Newmar rep said LA was cutting into the MA sales.

Could you ask if they ever intend to make the V series full wall slide. That is where there is a picture window in the bedroom with a chair in front of it.

I am not familiar with V series, is that Fleetwood or American Coach?
The reps show up tomorrow and stay through the weekend.

I think if they have to keep your coach for any length of time they should extend your warranty.

My previous coach, different manufacturers, did for me. Will ask tomorrow.
