Vman60, go to your control panel (UserCP which is on the left in the blue bar above the posts) click iRV2 Groups under Networking, it will bring you to a page where the group symbols are listed on the right side (scroll down and click "View all groups"). If you click a group symbol there will be a blurb about the group, towards the bottom is a tiny "Join Group" link in the center of a black bar.

vman60,

There have been software changes that allow us members to join groups ourselves so the mods/admins can handle other business. Just follow these simple steps:

Click on the User CP tab at the top left of the page.
Click on iRV2 Groups on the left side of the page.
Click on the Fleetwood Owners Club logo from the list of groups on the right side of the page.
Click on Join Group on the right side of the page.

That's it. Fleetwood Owners Club will show up in your username box.

Now that you all have helped me to become a member and I thank you, maybe someone will also help me to post a picture under my user name if its not to much trouble and thank you again.

Here's the instructions for putting a photo you have stored on your computer under your username:

An avatar is the little picture displayed below your user name in the profile box on the left side of every post (mine is our coach's license plate, which is also my member name). You may use a forums avatar or upload your own custom avatar. Avatars are limited in size to 100 x 100 pixels or 100 KB (whichever is smaller).

To upload a custom avatar: Choose a picture you like that is stored in your computer. Resize the picture to meet the size requirements above using a photo/image editor or camera software. Images that are too large will fail to load and you will receive and error message.

1. Click user CP (control panel) on upper blue tool bar.
2. Click edit avatar on left side menu.
3. Scroll down to the "Custom Avatar" box and click the "use Custom Avatar" button.
4. Click Browse button. A file menu screen will appear and you can choose the avatar file to be loaded. The file name should appear in the "upload an avatar from your computer box".
5. Click save changes.

I do know some members have their rv manufacturer's logo as their avatar. Our Tiffin owner members do, as do others. If you want a Fleetwood logo, when you go to the User CP & click on edit avatar, under the Avatar Category heading, there's a dropdown menu with a listing for Fleetwood (22 avatars), so you can pick whichever Fleetwood logo would fit best for you, if you want.

Let us know if ya have any problems.
