Fleetwood Excursion Brake Controller

I have a 2007 Fleetwood Excursion, Freightliner chassis. I need to install a brake controller for a tow dolly with electric brakes. Does anyone know if there is a plug under the dash for the controller or does it have to be hard wired?

My 2008 Expedition was prewired, no terminal on coach wires so I hardwired it. I did have to search for the wire harness, no markings on the wire bundle.

On my 2006 Fleetwood discovery I found the prewired plug under the Dash by the Steering Colume
