Exclamation Fleetwood Recall #90209 (Battery Cable)

Fleetwood RV Inc. is refusing to pay for the work regarding this recall. They say that this was a condition of the RVs made by Fleetwood Enterprises which is no longer in business and they did not accept any liabilities when they purchased the company.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration which ordered the recall has other toughts on this. A case has been opened with the NHTSA and they are requesting that other owners call them and report any similar issues with non-payment.

They can be reached at 888-327-4236

Do you know any of the other details pertaining to this recall in regards to what other units may be involved and what years?

Thanks,
RovinOn
