Hello, we just bought our first coach, a 2003 Fleetwood Revolution 40C. We are excited about all the fun things to do, places to go and people to meet! But being new we are well.....new! I have been doing my research on the Revolution and found very little regarding problems or things to look for. At just over 25,000 miles we hearing that it is just getting broke-in. Any suggestions on what to look for or watch out for on the Revolution or Fleetwood brand in general? Any and all suggestions are welcome!

Welcome Chargersrt8 and congrats on your motorhome. Here is a link that might be helpful in familiarizing you with your chassis Knowing Your Chassis. This is a PDF so it may take several seconds to load.

Enjoy your upcoming adventures and share your experiences with us.

Chargersrt8, welcome to iRV2.com. We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to helping you learn the RV lifestyle. Congratulations on your Revolution. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as you will this website. I will say this to start off is that maintenance is the most important element in owning an RV. Start by checking to date on the tires and once they get to about 6 years from date of production - change them. Good luck and take care.

Welcome, go and enjoy. I really hate it when I have to park mine in the drive-way for more than just a few days. Keep the wheels turning to new places!

Hello Chargersrt8,

We are also new to the Revolution. Just bought a 2007 Revolution LE - new - been on the lot for quite a while and thus have a few or quite a few problems with it. But it is in much better shape than the 2003 Phaeton we bought 5 years ago, when we accumulated about 72 issues of what had to be corrected or worked on.

Welcome,

The Revolution is simply an excellent coach, and as attested by our Revolution Owners Group members, the quality is generally excellent. It is made by the same people, on the same assembly line as American Coach, but is marketed by Fleetwood and is more value for the dollar. Our `07 40E in the first year and a half has only been to the dealer twice and only for minor adjustments.
