Fleetwood TV antenna pre-amp

My 2000 Discovery , the pre-amp is not getting 12v. I measure 5V across the two wires, fuses all chk good. I took the pre-amp out to chk at battery- good.
Any advice on tracing wire path or finding a new 12V source?

Problem solved. Turns out there was no problem. The reference material showed 12v at input wire. I had 5v; turns out that is all I need. The LED light does not light but the antenna works great. I found 13 stations.
