The reason for the foggy windows is that the seal between the double pane window has failed. This is a common problem with all motorhomes and most use SE-GI windows that fail. There are some home remedies like removing the windows and drilling holes to allow the moisture to dry. But, the only true permanent fix is to remove the windows and either replace them or use one of the several companies that specialize in window repair. Do not know your location but Suncoast Designers in Hudson, Florida will remove the windows rebuild them with new seals and reinstall them for around $200 per window. I had three repaired and they did a great job with a 5 year prorated warranty. They also have RV sites with water and electric, a common dump is also available. I made an appointment and was in and out in a couple of days.

Duncan Systems is also doing glass remove and reseal (or replace if needed). They have locations across the country.

What the others said is correct. Windows are probably out of warranty, yes? Dougle-glazed RV windows are subject to frequent vibration are prone to seal failure. They're not as well made as residential windows, IMHO, and there's nothing you can do to effectively repair them yourself. I know, I've tried!

I replaced all of my foggy windows myself. I have a 95 Winnebago Adventurer. Ordered the glass from a company that is now out of Indianna. It is referenced in other posts on this forum. It is quite easy to do. You might need an extra hand when getting the windows in and out, as they can be a little awkward if they are the big ones.

Unfortunately I'm getting 8 of mine done at Duncan Systems in Elkhart, IN in a few weeks.

Since I'm extremely new to the RV world, it ticked me off when one of our local glass dealers wanted to charge me $350.00 to do the passenger window to my 95 Fleetwood Southwind. Since I was stuck with having to do something (was so foggy I couldn't see the rearview mirror and thus it wouldn't pass inspection), I pulled the whole thing apart and did it myself. I spent about $40.00 in material and a day and a half of my time. Problem fixed (we'll see for how long), but at least a boost to my pride occurred by fixing it myself AND not forking out the un-needed expense. All it takes is being careful and paying attention.

Or so I thought I was I got there a day early (Sunday) and they gave my appointment slot away to someone else because they needed the time to do eight windows for them. The fact I needed more than 8 done so time was just as important to me and waited for a few months to get in on their schedule made no difference to them at all.

2 days later they called on the cell phone and said they could not find me in the lot to do my windows, gee maybe you should check your receptionist and you would have known I left Monday.
