The tire pressure definitely affects handling - too much pressure leads to "squirrelly" steering. May not be your only problem, but start there (cheap & easy!).
If that doesn't do it, a stiffer anti-sway bar may be available to help
Maybe your expectations are just too high. At some point, enough wind is going to affect that huge sail (42 ft long x 12+ ft tall). It takes a lot of wind to move my 40 footer XCM Liberty, but it will move a bit if the gusts are strong enough, and it cants slightly sideways in a strong steady wind. That's basically the air suspension tilting to the wind pressure and normal.
