If it is mounted in a slide then it sure sounds like the outside fans are not working.
Have you tried it on propane and electric to see if one works better?

Is the freezer section cold but the refrigerator section not? Residential fridge?

We had same issue with our Norcold, (cold freezer, warm refrig) turned out to be a thermister issue, $10 part easy to unplug and replace.

Fridge not cooling
I would always run mine on propane first for a day or two to start with. I believe you can remove the thermistor and it will run without being controlled. Take a picture where it was positioned on the coil. Also they are easy to check with a ohm meter. Google how to check a thermistor on a Norcold and it will show you, I've done it and it is a easy check. There are a lot of good educational reading on YouTube on trouble shooting your Norcold.

I'm assuming it worked fine until the dealer fixed the icemaker. If water sloshed out of the icemaker and froze in the bottom of the freezer, that would prevent the refrigerator section from cooling properly but the freezer would work fine. Icemaker fixed = fridge quits working. That's the first place to look for your problem. This is exactly what happened to us.

the fridge part was strange for a bit before going to dealer, it could be 33 one day and 40 the next. this fridge is dometic and has a cord thermister vice the sliding part on the coil.

Why not take it back
Obviously something happened when they replaced the ice maker.

Check your drain tube in the back. If it is damaged in any way or missing a component or run improperly you will get warm air in the fridge and it cannot keep up on hot days.
