Clean all the external electrical connections outside with sandpaper or steel wool and coat with dielectric grease.

Does "fridge won't come on" mean no lights on the fridge control panel, or just "no cooling"? If no lights, then its a 12v power issue, either fridge or coach. If the panel lights up, you have 12v and the problem is something else, not a fuse.
If no panel lights, does anything else in the coach have 12v power, e.g. the lights? If not, is the battery disconnect in disconnect (storage) mode? Or maybe batteries just dead?

After sitting for that long, it's possible some rust flakes have come loose in the chimney and are shorting across the ignitor terminals. Look in the little peep hole where the flame normally is, have someone turn the fridge on and watch for the spark.
This will only effect the propane operation, it should operate fine on 120V.
Happy Glamping.
