Front shade will not go up

I am trying to raise the front shade and it will move maybe a half inch with each push of the button. Is this a battery issue or a motor going out?

Now it is moving. I have the generator and engine running so it is looking to be battery issue.

See if you can find the brown wire going to the power shade motor. Cut it. It interferes with its operation. Or reprogram it. Go online for mfgr directions.
