Fuse Panel for Power Chairs?

Our daughter put the footstool up on the passenger seat on or 2005 38N Diesel and it will not come down, makes it hard to get in and out over it.
None of the controls on the chair are working so I suspect the fuse but I cannot find it on the panel under the center of the front between both seats. We need to get that chair stool down. Thanks

I don't know your model but do you have a fuse panel in the inverter compartment? I suspect that its in a panel with several other 12volt auto style fuses. My passenger seat also shorted out the wire got into the track. I taped it up and replaced fuse it was good as new. I also saw a post they were next to the 120volt breakers.

I do have a fuse panel in the inverter compartment but no way of telling which one it could be. It is replacement and no picture.
