We have a 2002 Pace Arrow 37A which has an abundance of fuses and relays. Is there a manual, book or other source that tells what the fuses are and what they are for. Example; if my microwave stops working where would I find the fuse, microwave works fine. We haven't had this motorhome very long and like al of you we want to be prepared.

Your microwave would be on a breaker . I would call Fleetwood and ask them to send you a schematic for your coach. You can get elec (110 ), dc and plumbing. 1-800-322-8216 and have your Fw ID # handy

Just remember 110volt is a breaker and 12volt things are a auto fuse. Most panels are labeled on the covers.

Hate to quibble, but a "breaker" is a auto or manual reset current interrupter and there are both AC and DC versions of these. A fuse is a one time interrupter for AC or DC, and must be replaced after each event.

My point is that AC/DC is not determined by being a breaker or a fuse. Fuses and breakers are used for both AC and DC. Do not assume that because it is a breaker it is AC or because it is a fuse that is in a DC circuit. For safety don't make this assumption.

Fuses are often used in low power DC circuits because they are much cheaper than DC circuit breakers. Also smaller. A fuse holder and fuse are $5, a 5Amp DC circuit breaker is $25 and much larger.

The Ford fuses are by the left foot of the driver, on the firewall. They are listed in the Ford Owners manual. The fuses for the step,Emerg. start,Running light, etc. are in the electrical panel under the hood. You will have to get a flashlight to read these, they are printed on the circuit board itself. The lighting fuses are usually on the same panel as the 110 volt breakers, but will be marked 12 volt. The back of the cover tells which fuse is which.

I know the difference between alternating current and direct current, and I have never seen a resettable 12volt(dc) breaker and I've never seen 110 volts (ac)running through a auto fuse in any of my motor homes sorry my mistake.

Yes it is, but there is (or should be less it's made by LG) a fuse INSIDE the cabinet of the microwave as well. With LG' I'm never sure till I search, they are not big on customer safety features.
