Sorry about the last post,I guess I hit send by mistake.

Anyway as I was saying, we own a 2005 FW Revolution 40C and were wondering if anyone has seen this pblm.

If yes what is the cure?

Our auto leveling system works fine going down, but when retracted the rear jack only goes up about 1/2 way.

I can put a crow bar under it and it will go up all the way.

I have tried WD-40, lithium Greene but none seem to help. The only way to get this leg up is with the crow bar and it takes very little effort, just a nudge.

Any ideas?

Regards,

Gwarshawsky

Gwarshawsky, Are we talking about an HWH system? If so you might want to consider getting a new set of return springs.

The new spring are elliptical rather than square looking on end and they pull harder.

You'll get a quick response if their open this week as a lot of co's are not.

Thank you for their website.

I got a bunch of info from them. Of course none of which solved the pblm.

Alas, I will try new spring and see if that does the trick.

Once again thank you for your help.

Regards,

Gwarshawsky
