Gen-Turi hanger
Has anybody got experience with the suction cup strap hanger/ holders for Gen-Turi?
Do they work?
https://www.amazon.com/Camco-44850-G.../dp/B00PAIMXLQ
I cleaned the surface with alcohol but the double sided tape they supplied came off after a few hours in the sun....and I'd not keen on riveting the brackets toside of coach...
This one looks better, twice the $ but may actually work... anyone here seen) using it?

I have had the Camco units for two years and after about 10 four day weekends one may have come of once, maybe twice. The clear rubber on them leaves little to no marking after removal.
I initially tried something close to your second choice when I bought the Genturi. It was a dent puller suction handle. Other than being red, it looks exactly like your second choice. I ran the rubber supports lines to two of them, and I will be honest, they lost adhesion many times, sometimes twice a day.. No matter how much I cleaned it before attaching, it left a large black ring after removal. It scrubs off, but on a white unit, it was quite annoying.

I have the GoStik flagpole holder. If the genturi holder works half as well it's worth it.

Gen-Turi hanger
I purchased the genturi suction cups and they worked well.
Prior to that I tried other types with no luck. Dent pullers glass handlers etc...

At the Race track we are required to have generator stacks -- I've tried them all - the Camco suction cups work the best --- apply water to the surface--apply suction cup and done for at least a week !

Did you guys build your own stacks or buy one of the store bought jobs? I was planning on making something for the honda generator in our trailer but need to rig something up to get the exhaust pipe out further to hook something on to it. Hadn't really looked at what is needed on the Motorhome yet.
It's not required where we usually race, but was mainly doing it to be a good neighbor so exhaust isn't blowing in the next pit.

I have the Gen-Turi for the MH- with a 2 ft extension-- helps keep staining off the front Cap. On your Honda I would make one similar in design with the air in opening on the bottom = less back pressure from the longer pipe. I've seen a few Homemade's- from a home down spout to PVC pipe to galvanized pipe. Keeps Neighbors happy.

I was going to fab something up from PVC, but rather than have some homemade "look" I got the Gen-Turi. Caught it on sale a Amazon for 99 bucks with my prime free shipping.
Works great, not only better for neighbors, but I think gen-set is quieter overall with it.

I use the Gen-turi at the races also (often the Sebring 12 hour) I used one of the exterior screws on the nearby driver window frame to fabricate a small bracket that I hook the rubber straps to.
In general those types of suction cups are what my son uses in his glass business. (I have no idea about this particular brand) They are very strong and reliable. We have lifted thousand dollar pieces of large custom carved and painted glass with him, and very large mirrors. We trust them without ever having failures.

I have the Gen-Turi pipe and the original rubber strap and two suction cups (Camco). I ordered the Go Stack-G yesterday. I intend to use both at the same time so I have a backup in case of a strong wind gust when I am away from my MH. I can keep one in the middle of the pipe and one just down from the top.

Race track usage here as well. I was a Gen-turi Amazon sale purchaser too. It's pretty tight at Mid-Ohio and it seemed like the neighborly thing to do.
And the winds at Watkins Glen up at the heel of the boot have been the real test, and so far so good for the Camco..

We use a glass handling suction cup and never have had a failure been left on as long as a month .
