Generator & A/C problem

Thanks in advance for any help. First off my 01 Expedition has been parked and connected to a 20 amp household circuit for about 3 years. I have replaced both the coach and house batteries, getting coach ready for the road again. Everything seemed to be working until I tried the roof A/C units, they don't come on and no lights on control panel. Circuit breaker is closed. Then tried to start the generator, nothing from remote switch on dash, but starts fine from switch at generator, and will shut down from dash switch. Could these issues be related? Once again thanks for any help you can give me. Gary

Just for fun try shutting you main disconnect switches off and on a few times, then see if ACs work.
