GPS not working due to WNRO

My 2013 Fleetwood Expedition has installed a Sony XNV-660BT AV Display.
This unit has FM radio,Amp, CD and DVD player, Blue Tooth and external inputs
and also displays GPS navigation using a external TOMTOM GPS receiver. When I purchased the coach this unit seemed state of the art.
As of April 6, 2019 the GPS is no longer working due to Week Number Rollover issue with GPS also known as WNRO. Not going to get into specifics why some GPS receivers will not operate after this date. If interested google WNRO.
I contacted TOMTOM and as yet they have not come up with an update to fix this issue and I suspect they will not. This means my entire system will need to be replace if I want the GPS to display on my Sony unit. Which I do!

What can I say? Sony and TomTom don't care and Fleetwood/Rev barely admits you exist if over 5 years old.

The built-in GPS in my 2004 American tradition was obsolete (and no updates available) when a little over two years old. The Garmin onboard system I replaced it with was good for 5 more years before it too was discontinued (not even map updates). I started buying disposable GPS when the prices came down...
