Gray /black water tank removal?

When a first started working on my 99 pace arrow it had been sitting for 5 years. This was my parents RV but long story short it was gifted to me. I’ve put a lot of work into it now. But one of the first things I had to do was remove the fuel tank since fuel doesn’t like sitting for so long. After I removed it some reason I can’t remember why I drill a hole right above it. Well at the time nothing was seen to make me think I drilled into the gray tank. Just a small 1/8” hole but enough now to leak.

How do I get to the tank or remove the tank? I’m in remodel mode so most of the interior is being replaced due to age, damage or just ugliness.

Maybe open up the hole in the floor below the gray tank and use a rubber plug?
Something like this. Test Plug for 1/2" Copper Pipe - Model Number: 13-1811

Well when the gas tank was out there was no way to go that route it was too thick. Would of ended cutting into the holding tank. Cause when I drilled that hole it went through the floor and then into the tank really fast.
