I have a gray water leak that comes out of the top of my right rear wheel well. I pulled out the washer/dryer which is right above the wheel well and I couldn't find any evidence of a leak so it must be under the sub floor. One person told me there is a raceway in the floor to access the plumbing but I would still have to tear up my flooring. Is there any way to get to this stuff from underneath some how? I really don't want to be tearing up my flooring. Has anybody else ever had a problem like this?

I had a leak like that in my '84 Pace Arrow. The leak was in an elbow fitting, not the pipe running across the floor. I was able to access it inside of a lower cabinet. Was not an easy job, but I did fix it. Look around and see could the leak be coming from another source other than the obvious.

I can't find any water stains or any other evidence of water anywhere above the subfloor.

You need to obtain the plumbing blueprints before tearing up anything. You may just have a gray tank leak.

I actually have the schematics already that have a bunch of measurements on them but how do I get to everything without hopefully tearing everything up?
