Green Circle G idiot light

Circled G, green idiot light... Comes on intermittently on the top, right side of the dash warning light. Anyone know what this is all about?

Dah, sorry. It is an 08 Excursion on an 07 Freightliner Chassis, with an 8.0 Cummins. Just got it 3 weeks ago. Been in Fleetwood gassers for 20+ years.

Thanks: You can go to your " User CP" and on the left side click " Edit Signature " and set up a signature line, and the info for your coach will automatically appear below your posts and you won't have to type it in every time.
As mine does below.

Now all we need is a member with an 07 Freightliner manual to tell you what you need to do to stop the light, cause it's a feature ( light) my 99 F/L, doesn't have.

EDIT: Or there is always the Freightliner Free help line
1-800-385-4357 have your serial number handy when you call , maybe they can send you a pdf file of an operators manual.

I have a green G there, but it means generator is on. Not sure if it's the same with yours.

Ah, the generator is on... I bet that is it. All the books do not mention it. Apparently the top row of idiot lights are left unmarked for the RV builder options. I have a check engine light and thought maybe it was related to that. Overthinking and worrying instead of the obvious. Thanks, I will let you know.

Sounds like you've got it figured out. I think one consistent thing with idiot lights is that the true warning lights are either orange or red. "Notification/information" lights are green or blue if I recall correctly.

Generally "Green" lights are "nothing wrong" watch out for the red and yellow ones though
