Grey and black water vents

I am concerned that the vent pipes are not working correctly. Are the caps glued on or threaded as I can not access the pipe through the small slots near the bottom of the top. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Plumbing vent caps typically have just 3 screws which are covered in sealant. dicor or a similar self leveling sealant.
