Help 1996 Fleetwood Southwind

Hi I recently inherited a 1996 Fleetwood Southwind 36ft motor home. I have two problems. I have no power to the dash the battery is ok and I am getting to the control box. The lights and horn work but no power to dash if I bypass the first two solenoids the coach will start but no jacks but the alarm beeps but all jacks are up, no power to generator or radio. I suspect it is one of the solenoids but just not sure. My second problem is the water when I hook a hose to fill the tank water leaks all over out of tank box like a pipe has burst. Not sure how to get into the box to repair leak and don't want to screw anything else up. I drove the unit when the jack alarm was on to gas station to put fuel and air in tires as I was sure the jacks were up and steps were up. It was my first time driving the unit so I was not sure about the power. The unit was sluggish and seemed to struggle, I thought it was just from not being driven in a couple of years. Just prior to turning into my neighborhood I thought I saw a puff of smoke in the mirror, at the next light my power assist brakes were gone. I can only assume I burnt them up. Help any advice would be appreciated. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask or not. Thanks Scott:
